How should I interpret a seller's deadline when the time zone is unclear?
Check whether the seller identifies any applicable holiday exceptions. Avoid assuming a response will arrive outside published support hours.
How can I ask for product information in a format I can use?
Do not assume a different format changes the scope of the actual offer. Base the purchase on information you can understand and verify rather than assumptions about inaccessible content.
What should I expect when contacting support outside its published hours?
Use the documented contact channel for your type of request. Do not assume a website accepting orders means live support is operating.
